Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at minimalvase. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Period

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. After this period, orders will be considered final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

Items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return:

  • The item (flower vase, flower pot, plant pot, plant hanger, or artificial plant) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging and all accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

3. Return Request Process

All return requests must be approved before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To request a return, please contact us at: supportminimalvase@gmail.com

Please provide the following details in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or a short video of the product (especially if defective or damaged)

Our support team will review your request and send further return instructions along with the return address if approved.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, minimalvase will cover the return shipping cost or send a free replacement immediately.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Wrong Order): If the return is due to a customer decision (ordered the wrong item or changed your mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refund Information

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days. Refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may take additional days depending on your card provider.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

Since we sell delicate items like flower vases and pots, please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours after placement. After this 6-hour window, cancellation may not be possible as the order processing and shipping workflow begins.
