1. Return Period

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. After this period, orders will be considered final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

Items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return:

• The item (flower vase, flower pot, plant pot, plant hanger, or artificial plant) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The original packaging and all accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

3. Return Request Process

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, minimalvase will cover the return shipping cost or send a free replacement immediately.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Wrong Order): If the return is due to a customer decision (ordered the wrong item or changed your mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refund Information

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days. Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours after placement. After this 6-hour window, cancellation may not be possible as the order processing and shipping workflow begins.
