We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. After this period, orders will be considered final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return:

• The item (flower vase, flower pot, plant pot, plant hanger, or artificial plant) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The original packaging and all accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

3. Return Request Process

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Wrong Order): If the return is due to a customer decision (ordered the wrong item or changed your mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
